ERP & Management Systems
Custom ERP and management system development
We run three of our own products, which means we implement management systems with the assumptions of a team that has to support them afterwards. Where our products fit, we configure them. Where they do not, we build.
What we deliver
Requirement mapping
We document how your organisation runs today — including the workarounds — before proposing a system.
Product configuration
Where our School, Hospital or ERP products fit, configuration is faster and cheaper than a custom build, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Custom modules
Purpose-built modules for the parts of your process no standard product models correctly.
Data migration & training
Import from your existing system or registers, parallel running, and on-site staff training.
How the engagement runs
01
Discovery
We start by understanding the problem, not the solution — a working session, a look at what you run today, and a written scope.
02
Design & architecture
System design and interface decisions made together, so what we build is both buildable and usable from day one.
03
Build
Iterative delivery, with working software in your hands through the project rather than only at the end.
04
Launch & support
Deployment, staff training, and long-term support as usage and requirements grow.

ERP & Management Systems — questions we get asked
Should we buy a ready product or build custom software?
Usually a mix. A ready product covers eighty percent of most organisations, and building that eighty percent again is wasted money. We recommend configuring where it fits and building only the parts that genuinely differ — and we say so even when the custom build would be the larger project for us.
Do you take over software built by someone else?
Yes, subject to an audit. We review the existing codebase and data, then give you an honest assessment of whether it is worth maintaining or replacing.
Who owns the software you build for us?
For custom builds, you do. Ownership and handover terms are written into the agreement before work starts.
