Data & Privacy Requests

1. What you can request

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold information relating to your dealings with us, and tell you about it.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave, where our use of information was based on that consent.
• Help with any other privacy question about this website or about Riyogya OPD.

2. How to make a request

Send your request to riyogyaai@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. The button on this page opens an email with the subject and a short checklist already filled in, which you are free to edit.

You can also phone us using the number below if you would rather explain the request first.

3. What to include

So we can find the right records and be confident we are replying to the right person, please tell us:

• What you are asking for — access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or something else.
• Your name.
• The phone number or email address you used when you contacted Riyogya, since that is usually how a record can be found.
• Roughly when you contacted us, if you remember.
• The hospital involved, if your request relates to Riyogya OPD.
• Any detail that would help us locate the right record.

4. What never to send us

Please do not include any of the following in a privacy request, or in any message to us. We do not need them and will not ask for them:

• Passwords or PINs of any kind.
• One-time passcodes (OTPs).
• UPI PINs or payment PINs.
• Full card numbers, CVV or card expiry details.
• Internet banking credentials.

5. Verifying who you are

Before we act on a request — particularly one to delete or disclose information — we may need to check that the request genuinely comes from you or from someone entitled to make it on your behalf.

We will ask only for what is reasonably needed for that, and we will explain why we are asking.

6. What happens after you write to us

We will acknowledge your request, tell you if we need anything further to identify it, and let you know what we have been able to do.

We aim to deal with requests promptly. Where a request is complex, or where we need to check with a participating hospital, it may take longer, and we will tell you if that is the case.

7. Limits on requests

Some requests cannot be met in full. For example, we may need to keep certain information to comply with a legal or accounting obligation, to resolve a dispute, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect the rights of others.

Where we cannot do what you have asked, we will tell you and explain why.

8. Requests about hospital or medical records

Riyogya is not a hospital and does not hold your medical records. Clinical records, prescriptions, test results and treatment history are held by the hospital or healthcare professional that provided your care.

If your request concerns medical records, it should be made to the hospital concerned. We can help point you in the right direction where your request reached us by mistake.
