These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://riyogya.in ("this website"), operated by Riyogya.

Please read them before using the website. They include disclaimers and limitations that affect your rights.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

If you use this website on behalf of an organisation, such as a hospital, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

3. About Riyogya

Riyogya is an enterprise based in Sindhanur, Raichur district, Karnataka, India, registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-KR-23-0048952, with "Services" as its major activity.

Riyogya is a technology and service business. Riyogya is not a hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre or medical practice, and does not employ the doctors or clinical staff of the hospitals it works with.

4. About Riyogya OPD

Riyogya OPD is a product and service operated by Riyogya. It is designed to let a patient request an outpatient appointment at a participating hospital and receive the token that the hospital's own front desk issues through its existing process.

Riyogya OPD does not replace a hospital's management system, does not generate the hospital's tokens, and does not decide a hospital's queue order. Those remain with the hospital.

Riyogya OPD is currently offered on a limited early-access basis. Availability depends on which hospitals are participating and on what they have chosen to enable.

5. Purpose of this website

This website exists to describe Riyogya, describe Riyogya OPD, explain at a high level how the service works and who it is intended for, present the services Riyogya provides around it, and give you ways to contact us.

6. The website is informational

This website is an information and communication website. It is not the Riyogya OPD application.

You cannot book an appointment on this website. There is no booking engine, no payment processing, no patient account and no token system on these pages. Where the website invites you to get in touch, that opens a conversation — it does not create a booking, reserve a slot, or commit any hospital to see you.

Descriptions of Riyogya OPD on this website are provided to help you understand the service. They are summaries, not a specification, and the service may change as it develops.

7. Eligibility

You may use this website if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. This website is not intended for unsupervised use by children.

Where you contact us about a patient other than yourself, please only share information you are entitled to share.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting infrastructure, or any related system or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable load on it.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the website except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the website's content other than as permitted under Intellectual property below.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation.
• Use the website or our contact channels to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited bulk communications.

If you send us information about a hospital or about a patient, you are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully do so.

Please do not send us passwords, one-time passcodes, payment PINs, full card numbers or similar credentials. We do not ask for them and do not need them.

10. Healthcare and medical disclaimer

This is important, so it is stated plainly.

This website provides general information about Riyogya and Riyogya OPD. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing on it should be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Riyogya does not provide diagnosis or treatment through this informational website. Decisions about your health, or the health of someone you care for, should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional who can assess the actual situation.

Using, browsing or reading this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Riyogya, and does not create one between you and any hospital or doctor mentioned or reachable through it.

Information about hospitals, departments, doctors, sessions and availability can change, sometimes at short notice. We do not warrant that any such information on this website is current, complete or applicable to your circumstances.

11. Hospitals and doctors remain responsible for care

Healthcare services are provided by hospitals, doctors and their clinical staff — not by Riyogya.

Each hospital and each healthcare professional remains responsible for the medical services they provide, for their own clinical judgement, for their queue and token process, for their fees and billing, and for their own compliance with the laws and professional standards that apply to them.

Riyogya does not supervise, direct or verify clinical care, and does not accept responsibility for the medical services a hospital or doctor provides.

12. Appointment and service availability

We do not guarantee that an appointment, a token, a particular doctor, a particular session or a particular hospital will be available.

Participating hospitals control whether they accept requests at all, and for which doctors and sessions. A request may not be accepted, and a hospital may be unable to confirm one.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee that a hospital will see you at a particular time.

13. External services

This website relies on third parties for hosting, image delivery and, where you choose to use it, messaging. Those services operate under their own terms and are outside our control.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, changes or losses caused by a third-party service.

14. WhatsApp and messaging

Where this website offers a WhatsApp link, selecting it takes you to WhatsApp, a separate platform operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

We do not control WhatsApp's availability, delivery of messages, or its handling of your information as its user. A message sent through WhatsApp is not a confirmed booking, and sending one does not oblige Riyogya or any hospital to respond in a particular way or within a particular time.

15. Fees and payments

This website does not process payments, and nothing is payable for browsing it.

Where Riyogya OPD involves commercial arrangements — for example a one-time setup fee agreed with a participating hospital, or amounts payable by a patient in connection with an appointment — those are agreed separately from this website. Amounts, inclusions and payment terms are confirmed directly with the party concerned and are not published here.

Any figure, estimate or description of commercial terms on this website is indicative and does not itself form a binding offer.

16. Cancellation and refunds

Where amounts have been paid in connection with Riyogya OPD, cancellation and refund matters are addressed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Refunds, where applicable, are handled through the original payment method and are subject to processing by payment providers and banks, which is outside our control.

17. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including its text, layout, design, graphics, the Riyogya name and logo, and the Riyogya OPD name — belongs to Riyogya or is used by Riyogya with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view this website and print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own non-commercial reference. Beyond that, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from the website's content without our prior written permission.

Photographs and other material licensed from third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Names and marks of other organisations mentioned on this website belong to those organisations.

18. Links to other websites

This website may contain links to websites and platforms we do not operate. Those links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

In particular, and again to the extent permitted by law, Riyogya is not liable for medical services provided by a hospital or healthcare professional, for a hospital's decisions about appointments, tokens or availability, for the acts or omissions of third-party platforms and service providers, or for your reliance on information on this website in place of professional advice.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law does not permit its exclusion.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Riyogya harmless against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful or unauthorised use of this website, or information you send us that you were not entitled to share.

This does not apply to matters arising from our own breach of these Terms or from liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.
