This Privacy Policy explains how Riyogya handles information in connection with this website. It is written to be read, not skimmed past, so it describes what actually happens rather than listing every possibility.

In short: this website has no accounts, no forms that submit data to us, no analytics and no tracking. It does offer ways to contact us, and anything you choose to send us in a message is information you have given us voluntarily.

Riyogya respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy sets out what information may be involved when you use the website or contact us through it, how that information may be used, and how you can reach us about a privacy matter.

By using this website you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or send us information through it.

Riyogya is a technology and service business. Riyogya OPD is a product and service operated by Riyogya. Riyogya is not a hospital, clinic or medical practice, and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

3. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This policy applies to this public, informational website only.

Riyogya OPD is an operational service that may function separately from this website, including through messaging channels and arrangements with participating hospitals. Where the Riyogya OPD service processes information for an actual appointment, that processing is not the same as anything happening on this website, and may be governed by separate terms, notices or agreements made available at the point the service is used.

This policy also does not cover the practices of hospitals, doctors, or third-party platforms such as WhatsApp. Those parties handle information under their own policies.

4. Information you provide voluntarily

This website does not ask you to create an account, and it contains no form that submits information to Riyogya. There is nothing on this website that collects your details in the background.

The website does provide links that let you start a conversation with us. If you choose to do so, you decide what to send. Depending on what you write, that may include your name, your phone number or email address, the hospital or organisation you represent, and whatever details you include about your enquiry.

5. When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp

Some links on this website open your own email application, your phone dialler, or WhatsApp, with a message that may be partly prefilled to save you time. You can edit or delete any prefilled text before sending, and nothing is sent until you send it.

When you contact us, we receive the information contained in your message along with the address or number you sent it from. We use that to understand your enquiry and reply to it.

Please do not send us passwords, one-time passcodes, payment PINs, full card numbers or other credentials. We will not ask you for them.

6. Technical information

We do not operate our own analytics on this website. However, it would be inaccurate to claim that no technical information exists at all, because websites are not served in a vacuum.

This website is hosted with Hostinger. Hosting, network and security infrastructure providers involved in delivering the website may process technical information as part of serving requests and protecting their systems. Depending on the provider and configuration, that can include IP address, browser and device information, the pages or files requested, referring information, timestamps, error records and security or abuse logs.

That processing is carried out by those providers in the course of operating their infrastructure. We do not use such records to build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not combine them with other information to identify you.

We do not add people to marketing lists from this website, and we do not currently send newsletters or promotional bulk messages from it. If that changes, any such messages will include a way to stop receiving them.

11. WhatsApp and other external communication

Riyogya OPD is designed around messaging, and this website includes links that open WhatsApp so you can reach us easily. Two things follow from that, and both matter.

First, selecting a WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, which is a separate platform operated by Meta. Once you are there, your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's and Meta's own terms and privacy practices, in addition to this policy. We do not control WhatsApp, how it transmits or stores messages, or what information it processes about you as its user.

Second, information you voluntarily send to Riyogya through WhatsApp — like anything you send us by email — may be processed by us to respond to your enquiry or to provide or discuss relevant services. We do not claim that a WhatsApp conversation is controlled entirely by Riyogya, because it is not.

This website is informational. It does not itself implement a complete messaging-platform integration, and nothing on it should be read as a statement that a full WhatsApp Business API booking system operates through these pages.

12. Third-party services used by this website

This website relies on a small number of external services:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and delivery infrastructure.
  • Unsplash — some photographs shown on the website are loaded from Unsplash's image servers, which means your browser makes a request to them when a page containing such an image loads.

Fonts

The typefaces used on this website are served from this website itself rather than fetched from a third-party font service while you browse, so viewing a page does not involve a request to an external font provider.

15. How long information is kept

We keep information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose it was provided for, and after that for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, to maintain security, or to satisfy other legitimate business requirements.

How long that is depends on the nature of the information and why it was provided, so we do not state a single fixed period that would be inaccurate for most cases. Where information is no longer needed for any of those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete it or to stop using it.

16. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures intended to protect information in our possession against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we are careful about which channels we use.

This is one reason we ask you not to send credentials such as passwords, one-time passcodes, payment PINs or full card details to us.
